Siebein Associates provided comprehensive acoustical consulting services for this 150,000 sq. ft. hotel featuring 150 guest rooms, 35 extended-stay rooms, a wellness center, a farm to table restaurant, a 20,000 sq. ft. flexible conference space and a 6,275 sq. ft. grand ballroom.

Siebein Associates conducted NC measurements and provided acoustical analysis and design of building shell systems for sound isolation design, interior finish design and acoustical design for noise and vibration control for HVAC and MEP systems for the restaurants and bars, laundry facilities, ballrooms, exhibit space, break out rooms, fitness center, public spaces, guest rooms and the central energy plant.
